Returns & Exchanges




All requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order (even for defective items).
Once confirmed, items must be returned immediately within 10 days.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.
Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume.
The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.
The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing.

Only authorised returns will be processed.
Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.

We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Threetimes.
International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs.
Please note that the items are your liability until safely received back in our facilities.
The items returned shall not be used or have any damage and must be returned with original tags and packaging.

Make sure to include a note stating information below:
-Order number
-Item(s) you're returning
-Reason for return

Request an exchange

We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on the website the same style in a different size or color.
For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.
A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.
